Jasmine - Coach/Director

Jasmine has been a dedicated professional in the fitness industry since 2014, gaining a wealth of experience through diverse coaching and management roles. Working with various groups has shaped her into the thoughtful and inspiring coach she is today.

Her passion for helping beginners and fostering a sense of community has been a driving force behind the creation of Rep Movement. Jasmine takes great joy in guiding individuals who are new to the gym, watching their confidence grow as they learn to move their bodies with purpose and strength.

As a busy mum, Jasmine understands the importance of balance. When she’s not at the gym, you’ll likely find her spending quality time with her family, diving into a good book, or enjoying a meal out with friends.

Caterina (Cat) Leone - Coach

Caterina Leone (aka Cat) spent 25 years of her life thinking fitness was for jocks who never picked up a book and that girls only played netball or ran to punish themselves for eating basically anything. A self-confessed nerd, she lived in a mind separate from body, acknowledging the latter only as something she was burdened with and hated. After a colleague insisted she join in a pole dancing class, and later when she spontaneously joined a small group fitness gym, these beliefs were shattered and she was jolted into a journey that would lead her to love her body and gain the confidence to pursue her dreams of being an artist, and to become a better, more integrated self. She is currently completing her Certificate IV in Fitness and later this year plans to gain qualifications in handstand and callisthenics training, her Pre- & Postnatal Coaching Certification, and become a qualified women’s coaching specialist. Her areas of expertise are in functional fitness, active flexibility and callisthenics. Caterina’s motivation as a trainer is to help people arrive in their bodies as a home, to move with love and intention and improve their lives through the follow-on effects of strength and fitness training.

Emily Chisholm

​Emily is known for her slow yet strong style, bringing harmony and balance to those in all levels of their mind/body/fitness journeys. 
With yoga as a passion for the last 10 years, her flows are diverse and playful with something for everyone. 
Emily creates a beautiful synchronisation between breath and movement, allowing your body to move in meditative state as the breath guides your body in her classes.
