What is Rep Movemnt?

Rep Movemnt is short for repetition of movement. We strive to help people feel happier, stronger and more energized moving their bodies, promoting a healthier more empowered life.
How do we do this...? Quiet simply through repeated  movement. We curate balanced sustainable strength and conditioning programming, delivered in our group fitness classes. Sustainability in our programming is what helps us to be able to continue to grow and progress. Without sustainability it can be very easy to go too hard, burn out or injure yourself, leading you back to feeling like no progress has been made.
Our strength and conditioning sessions are designed to challenge you, see you progress and leave you feeling happier, stronger and empowered.

What to expect at our  sessions?

Our sessions are designed to be inclusive of all fitness abilities. Running for 45-50 minutes, our sessions are balanced, starting with priming the body for movement and some mobility stretches. We then move on to our strength section, focusing on technique and building strength. We finish the session with some conditioning, making sure you get a sweat on and that heart rate lifted.
